120 x 120 pixels (or less than 20kb)

Help! I tried to upload an avatar by unable, error message was something is this "uploading failed". My file is only 90 x 119 and 12.5kb. Please advise.

The main reasons why I did not attempt a big import of smilies:

1. Every smiley takes up additional web space.

2. Mis-use of smileys rather than constructive comments.

I will see what I can do.

It had been increasingly noted that some of the members' avatars contained pictures of women in half clad clothing, bikinis, or even women with revealing cleavages.

While there is no clear defined written forum rules on the above mentioned that were prohibited, it is rather uncomfortable, unsightly and certainly do not arouse any aesthetic appeal to some of the members.

No names calling, please do the necessary changes before I impose a permanent restriction on those who are involved.
